Elina Pimlott is a visual artist based in London. 

Her practice is rooted in an attempt to obscure the line between reality and the imagined through storytelling. These stories often revolve around the interplay between identity, existence and place - exploring how the layering of these themes can dilute or amplify the truth. She works across a variety of mediums including photography, moving image and the written word. More often than not, these mediums are used in combination with each other. Elina’s approach to working is often very process led - experimenting with light using both digital and analogue techniques to reach the desired effect.
